Prefabricated Constructions – Fast & Cost-Effective

Nowadays, there is a great turn of people in the search for prefabricated (well known as prefab) homes. The notion that prefabricated houses are fake, non-durable, rough construction is now outdated. It is no coincidence that more and more people are choosing it by achieving the same aesthetic possibilities in half the time of construction.

Prefabricated house

The etymologically “prefabricated” construction is characterized by a construction which has been made, in whole or in large part, by ready-made components that have been constructed and transported to the construction site, ready for application for the creation of the corresponding project.

Advantages of prefabricated houses are:

  • Architectural design without restrictions
  • Delivery in a very short time
  • Predetermined costs from the beginning
  • Ability to combine with other construction materials
  • Variable size as needed
  • Ability to build various special projects, such as: rooms for rent, hotels, restaurants, bars, bungalows…
  • High factor of quake resistance, thermal insulation – sound insulation
  • Long life
  • Possibility of installing the necessary facilities for the smooth operation of the house from scratch: electrical and electrical installations, air conditioning waiting, heating installation

Mostly made from eco-friendly and recyclable materials, environmentally friendly

The process of constructing prefabricated spaces is quick and simple. More specifically:First, a reinforced concrete base is made. The frame of the prefabrication is mounted and installed on the base.Inside the walls pass electrical wiring and of course hydraulic pipes. The walls are then coated with materials with heat-insulating properties.Following is the construction of the roof. Finally flooring, sanitary ware and kitchen equipment are installed.

To summarize, in the prefabrication the project is costed prior to the commencement of work, thus avoiding extra costs, the choice of design is free and of course there is a wide range of high quality construction materials.

So are prefabs not worthy of the world’s disdain but need an opportunity to prove their potential? It is necessary to take all the details into account before deciding to start a construction or a building in order to have the best results in the shortest possible time and at a reasonable price.
